All types of lodging in rome italy we currently offer are located at the centre of Rome. Most of them near the Colosseum, also at the the Spanish Steps Square and near S.Giovanni church (the former residence of the Pope, before he moved to the Vatican several centuries ago.)

The area near the Colosseum is full of nice bars and restaurants, the staff at Caesar's Accommodation will be happy to indicate the ones that give better value for money.

The area around the Spanish Steps Square is the most exclusive area of Rome; there you find the house or Keats and Shelley, and all around the square, specially at Via Dei Condotti, the street right in front the steps, the famous Italian designers shops such as Gucci's, Armani etc. For a nice meal you'll find the famous restaurant Babbington's. Also for your convenience the American Express head office and the first MacDonalds to ever have opened in Rome, all in marble floors.

Of course you find lots of places of interest directly by the Colosseum, as it was the centre of Ancient Rome. Directly next to it is the Circus Maximus, made famous in "Ben Hur", and at a stonethrow you find the Roman Forum, where politicians used to decide on the fate of the empire.

There is ample public transport near all our accomodation; metro A is near one side, and runs through the commercial centre of town and ends up at the Vatican, while on the other side there is a stop of line B directly by the Colosseum.

Trams and buses also pass continuesly, going in all directions.
